SWEET, SWEET ITALIAN

This recipe is super simple, fast to make, and extremely delicious. It has been a favorite of mine since I was little and my favorite approach to any kind of tomato sauce on a pasta.

You will need:
Linguini noodles
1 can chopped tomatoes
2 Italian sausages
1tsp Honey
Oregano, Thyme, salt and peper to flavor
Parmesan Cheese

First, in a sauce pan, start cooking the sausage (if it is required. Mine were pre-cooked) and start heating a pot of water for the noodles.

When the sausage is mostly cooked, turn the stove to medium heat and pour in the can of chopped tomatoes. Add spices to flavor by tasting the sauce as you add spices. Let simmer for a few minutes to let some of the tomato juice evaporate, leaving about half.

By the time the sauce is done heating, the noodles should be cooked and ready to mix with the sauce.
Pour the noodles in a bowl and mix with the meat sauce. Add about a teaspoon of honey to the mixture and mix it in well.

There you have it, an easy meal. I hope you try it and enjoy it!
