TUESDAY TREAT: ROSEMARY POTATO CHIPS

I have wanted to make my own baked potato chips for quite some time now and finally had the chance to this past weekend. They turned out to be so delicious!

You will need:
a medium sized potato (or as many as you'd like)
olive oil
salt
pepper
fresh rosemary

(The amount of these items will vary depending on how many potatoes you use and what your taste preference is.)

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees(f)Mix the olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper together in a small bowl and cut the potato into thin, even slices.

Place the potato slices on a lightly oiled pan and brush the olive oil mixture onto the slices.
Cook them for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.

Set them out to cool for a few minutes. They will also finish baking and become more crispy in these few minutes.

These potato chips are wonderful because they are relatively quick and easy to make and you can add any type of seasoning or topping you can imagine! I chose rosemary because I love how fresh tasting its flavor is. They are an excellent alternative to the regular, boring, bagged potato chips. Not to mention, a lot more tasty! They would be great to make for road trips or picnics or even to pair with your lunchtime sandwich.

Enjoy!
