TUESDAY TREAT: APPLE CHIPS

I have been wanting to make apple chips for quite some time and thought that, with fall fast approaching, now would be appropriate. 




You will need:
two apples
one teaspoon of brown sugar
one quarter teaspoon of cinnamon
a pinch of clove


Preheat your oven to 300 degrees(f)
Cut the apples into thin slices then mix the spices and brown sugar together and rub the mixture onto the apple slices. 

Place the slices in a baking dish and bake them in the oven for thirty minutes. 
After thirty minutes flip the chips over and cook for another ten minutes. 
The crispiness of your chips will depend on their thickness.

No matter how they turn out, the combination of apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and clove makes a delightful mix of flavor!
