A PLACE TO CALL MY OWN

  Although I have loved having a variety of room mates throughout the past few years and the adventure of moving from place to place, all I really long for is a place that I can call my own. I feel kind of like an apartment vagabond. I know that's an oxymoron, but I feel like I am homeless in a sense of where my heart longs to be. Nonetheless, I am holding on to the dream in my heart that some day I will have this very thing.

For now, I will take what I am given and make the most of it!

Decorating a home is a big deal to me. From furniture placement, to wall hangings, to lighting. It all works together to set the mood of the home and determines how you feel about living there. I am thankful that I have always seemed to be blessed with room mates that have let me take over in the decorating department - or have at least put up with me wanting to. ;]

My roommates and I moved in to this cute little 3 bedroom town home last June and are still kind of in the process of getting things in order. 4 roommates = a lot of stuff. And I still have a bit of tweaking to do with my room decor (Including some future DIY's). We plan on throwing a themed party once we do bring order to this temporary home of ours. Surely, by the end of August we will be settled.
